Divya Katare established DivyPrem Foundation with a vision to create meaningful and sustainable change in society by supporting underprivileged communities across India. The foundation is dedicated to building an equal, compassionate, and empowered society through initiatives focused on education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, and social development. Over the years, DivyPrem Foundation has actively worked on various community welfare projects, creating opportunities for growth, learning, and better living conditions for people in need. Through awareness programs, support initiatives, and grassroots efforts, the foundation continues to impact countless lives by breaking barriers related to poverty, education, and social inequality. GiveIndia is registered as Give Foundation, a not-for-profit company u/s 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. (Reg. No. 037902, dtd. April 28, 2000), with the RoC, Ahmedabad.
Give Foundation is registered u/s 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and with the Director of Income Tax (Exemptions) u/s 80G, valid until 17/02/2026 (Approval no. SRNAC2337439).
Give Foundation is registered under section 6 (1) (a) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (FCRA Reg. No. 041910285).
